Why am I being asked to review my items after purchase?
Your review allows others a to know how good our products and service are, and how much you like (or dislike) particular product or colour. This increases our ratings and helps us grow so that we can provide you and others with a wider range of quality products, and better service.
We have set the review time (after purchase) so that you should have used the product or started your project before being asked for a review. If you haven’t started using the product yet, you can still provide a review after you finish your project.
If you have a problem with the product we appreciate if you can phone, email or contact us directly to fix the problem before posting your review, allowing us to remedy the problem and add a note to your review if we can do so. We abide by the Consumers Guarantee Act and can replace or refund faulty product where necessary.
We appreciate all honest and fair feedback at any time after you have used the product. This helps us to correct errors and improve our products and service.
