What if I ordered the wrong product, colour, or quantity ?

Note*  Colours on our website are portrayed to the best of our abilities… the actual display of these colours on your computer, tablet or cellphone can depend on the device, your eyesight, and the lighting you are viewing your screen under.  Where you require an exact match of yarn shade or fabric colour please email, phone or contact us to discuss before ordering.

I’ve put the wrong item in my shopping cart
select the shopping cart  (top right corner of the screen) and fix the mistake

  • if you have ordered the wrong product, delete it from shopping cart
  • if you have ordered the wrong colour, you can use Change to correct the colour
  • If you have ordered the wrong quantity, you can type in the correct quantity

I’ve completed my order, checked out, and now realise its wrong
Please text or phone us on 027-308-7765 as soon as possible between 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday.  We can correct the order for you while you are on the phone.  If outside these hours please use the Send Message function on your order, or the Contact Us page, to let us know.  We can text or email a reply, or phone you when convenient to fix the mistake.

I’ve received items which are on my order, but they aren’t what I really wanted
Please text or phone us on 027-308-7765 as soon as possible between 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday.  If the item isn’t as described, or the colour is different from that displayed* then we may be able to replace the item free of charge.  We may be able to replace the item or there may be a shipping charge for the new item.  If outside these hours please use the Send Message function on your order, or the Contact Us page, to let us know.  We can text or email a reply, or phone you when convenient to discuss a solution.
