Product Description
Quick knit cardigan for womens sizes XSmall (32") to XXXLarge (44") in popular ombre shaded stripes. Simple stocking stitich pattern with front pockets - just add an extra button at the bottom band (designer left it out!). Shown in Nako Ombre 12ply should knit equally well in other 12ply yarns but you will need an extra ball to ensure you have enough. For easier finishing add 8 to 10 stitches to left and right fronts and rib these stitches adding buttonholes as you knit along with the fronts - saves picking up and knitting the front band sideways.
Yarn:Â Â Ombre 12Â ply 190m/100gmÂ
Needles:Â 5mm and 5.5mm straight needles, 5.5mm by 80cm or 100cm circular needle for front band.
Tension:Â 16Â sts 22 rows on 5.5mm needles over 10cmx10cm
