This fabric panel by Susan Wheeler designed exclusivley for Nutex will make a lovely decorative bunting for christamas . You could easi;y make by applying iron-on interfacing to the entire panel, or steam-a-seam double-sided fusible and a backing fabric. Then cut out with your pinking scissors, apply ribbon and it's ready to hang.
