With 4 new colours in 2021 the Countrywide Mandala 4 ply machine wash in 18 micron wool is great for baby or special adult garments. 16 beautifully designed colour wash 'ombre' shades all with their own character. Check out patterns available for this new yarn or choose any 3 ply or 4 ply pattern for colourful results. With 400m per 100gm ball this yarn will go a long way for your scarves and shawls, jumpers, cardigans, hats and will make amazing soft and warm baby blankets.Â
This yarn shows the versatility of wool - warm for winter as well as lightweight and cooler for summer babies. (You may need to check your tension and adjust needle and/or garment size if this yarn is finer than expected)

xtra fine 4 ply
The 8 ply wool I received is perfect, but I made a mistake ordering the same wool in 4 ply as I didn’t realise it was xtra fine 4 ply. Just normal 4 ply is what I needed. I will read more carefully next time! Tks
