Pullover poncho/tunic for 8 to 14 years to keep them warm from autumn through to springtime.  Generous fit to wear over skivvies or winter woollies. Polo neck or just stop knitting collar at 4cm or 5cm for round neck. Loyal Pattern Prints 8ply is no longer made but this will knit equally well in any standard weight 8ply wool or acrylic.
Yarn:  Any standard weight 8ply 100m/50gmÂ
Needles:Â 3.75mm and 4mm straight needles
Tension:Â 22 sts 30 rows on 4mm needles over 10cmx10cm
