How will my delivery get to me

We use NZ Post Courier service to send your order direct to any address on the NZ Post delivery network.  We do not use NZ Posts automatic lookup feature - this is to make ordering easier for you.  You type in your address as you would normally use it, and we will correct any minor details (e.g. postcode) at time of shipping.  If we are unsure of your proper delivery address, we will phone or email you to check.

Can you send to my rural delivery address?
Yes, if you have a valid Rural Delivery address with NZ Post we can send direct to you.

Can you send to my rural delivery address?
Yes, if you have a valid Rural Delivery address with NZ Post we can send direct to you.

Can you send to my work address? 
Yes, if you have a workplace which receives normal NZ Post Courier delivery, or a valid PO Box number, we can send direct to you.  Please include the business name where relevant.

Can you send to a rest home or retirement village?
Yes, please supply your full valid posting address, including the name and address of the home/village, and a unit or villa number if you have one.

What if I have a town or rural street address and a PO Box number?
We can deliver direct to your NZ Post Office Box if you prefer. This can be quicker and saves on the rural surcharge fee if you are also on Rural Delivery.

What if I live rural but I’m not on Rural Delivery?
We can only send to valid NZ Post urban and rural addresses.  Please supply a valid delivery address, this can be NZ Post counter delivery or community PO Box, your place of work or other approved NZ Post delivery address.

Can you send outside of New Zealand?
We are currently only supplying goods to NZ addresses. If you have a friend or family member in NZ we can send to their NZ address, and they can arrange to send on to you.
