Easy-fit cardigan knitted top-down with raglan-sleeve shaping, easy cable pattern, and 2 x 2 rib neck-line, cuffs and bottom band. In super-soft merino 8ply.. Neck, yoke and body are knitted backwards and forwards on circular needles. Sleeves can be knitted in one-needle or two-needle magic loop, or on double pointed needles. Great pattern to try your first top-down seamless knit. Front bands are picked up and knitted sideways. Â

This pattern also requires:
-Size 3.5 mm and 4mm circular knitting needles. Lengths required depends of your preferred method of small diameter circular knitting in the round, for magic loop you will require 80 or 100cm length needles. Otherwise, you will require DPN’s in 3.5mm and 4mm sizes for the sleeves, or sizes required to give correct tension).
-8 stitch markers.
-Waste yarn.
-A yarn needle.
-6 (6-6-7) buttons
