Cleckheaton book 3012 California 8ply Creative Knits in Artisan 12ply features a Kimono style 3/4 sleeve cardi-jacket and bonus cowl, scarf, and beanie patterns. The kimono comes in two sizes to S-M 80-90cm (32"-36")Â and L-XLÂ 100-110cm (40"-44")Â

Patterns are knitted in California 8ply which is no longer made but these will knit just as well in the new Patons Sierra 8ply. The Sierra 8ply 375m/150gm ball will be equivalent in length to 2 of California 8ply 185m/100gm balls!
Kimono requires 5mm and 6.5mm needles plus 5mm by 80cm or 100cm circular needle for front band
